How quickly can you get started?

Typically within two weeks of a signed agreement. We run a focused discovery sprint in the first week and have an initial strategy outline in front of you by the end of week two.

Do you work on retainer or project basis?

Both. Some engagements start as a defined project — a positioning sprint, HubSpot standup, or sales strategy — and evolve into an ongoing relationship. Others start as monthly partnerships from day one. We structure engagements around what makes sense for where you are.

We're pre-revenue. Is it too early to work with you?

Not necessarily. Pre-revenue companies often benefit most from getting positioning and ICP clarity right before spending on demand generation. If you're pre-revenue, we'll be honest about where investment makes the most sense at your stage.

We already have a marketing team. Can you still help?
